1. pick out a word or a few that is repeated by your character that feels nice in your mouth/you would like to play with. 
                        
2. if you have a preference about what text we work with next week, shoot me an email and I'll plan to work with that, otherwise I'll pick something out.

3. make sure you have a notebook with you.
